Behavioural & Communication
The cross-domain interview and workplace communication skills every profile rehearses - structuring an answer, telling your career story, disagreeing productively, owning failure and voicing ethical objections - taught from your own experiences, never scored into job readiness.
Every interview has two halves. One asks what you know; the rest of this platform teaches for it. The other asks who you are to work with — tell me about yourself, describe a disagreement, walk me through a failure — and most people prepare for that half by improvising. This discipline treats it as a craft: structuring an answer, telling your own career as a coherent story, disagreeing productively, owning a failure without flinching. Nothing here is technical, and nothing here is AI-specific — an interpreter, an engineer, and a teacher draw on exactly the same skills, in interviews and in every working week after.
The discipline is built from three domains, all live. Narrative & Self-Presentation: answer architecture and story-mining (P60), and the career-narrative questions — tell me about yourself, why this company, strengths and weaknesses (P61). Working with Others: disagreeing productively and influencing without authority (P62), mentoring and collaboration (P63). Judgment under Pressure: trade-off narratives (P64), owning failure and negative results (P65), and voicing ethical objections well (P66).
One principle runs through every module: your own experience is the raw material. Exercises do not hand you a fictional persona to memorise — they ask for your real incidents, motivations, and flaws, and improve the telling of them. The feedback is honest rather than flattering: it rewards specificity, ownership, and structure, and it flags clichés and vagueness. It assesses how you tell the story, never the life the story is about — and wherever a question touches ground you would rather not use, a low-stakes or invented example is always accepted.
One boundary is deliberate: these modules teach, and your progress here counts like any other module — but your graded interview answers on behavioural questions never feed the job-readiness score. The interview bank points into this discipline as the place to learn; it does not grade you against it. What you rehearse stays rehearsal; what you learn stays yours.
