Maintien du niveau : le rituel podcast de la semaine

Passing the exam is not the end of the road; it is the moment the road becomes flat. A level you no longer practise starts to slide within weeks, and the ear is the first thing to go. This unit is not new grammar — it is a repeatable weekly habit you can run on your own, for years, with nothing but authentic audio.
The protocol has three simple rules. Keep a fixed cadence: three podcast episodes a week beats one marathon session a month, because the ear, like a muscle, holds its shape through frequent light use, not rare heavy strain. Use a double pass: listen once sans la transcription, chasing the gist, then a second time avec the transcript, to catch what slipped. And rotate topics so no register gets stale.
| Rule | What it looks like in a week |
|---|---|
| Cadence | 3 short episodes, spread across the week |
| Double pass | 1st listen blind, 2nd listen with transcript |
| Rotation | news, culture, science, humour — never the same lane twice running |
The items below rehearse the habit itself and then run three authentic excerpts on fresh ground: a café de réparation, a Miyawaki-style mini-forêt on a friche, and a citizen-owned parc éolien. Grade the gist on the first pass; use the choices only to confirm, never to guess.
