The personal questions — tell me about yourself, why us, your strengths, your weaknesses — are the only part of an interview you can predict with certainty, and the part most people still improvise. This track prepares them as one piece of craft, because they are secretly one answer: the story of your career, told three ways.
Module 01 builds the foundation: the through-line, your career as a single coherent pursuit rather than a chronology, delivered in a present–past–future architecture of about ninety seconds — with "where do you see yourself" as the same thread extended forward. Module 02 aims the thread at a specific employer: research compressed into one or two verifiable specifics, their problem connected to your evidence, and the red flags interviewers screen for — generic praise, comp-only motivation, the escape narrative. Module 03 turns the thread edge-on: one strength as claim, story, and result; one genuine weakness with a named practice already repairing it; and why calibrated self-awareness, not the traits themselves, is the signal both questions probe.
Every module closes on mentor-graded writing rungs where the material is your own working life. The mentor grades specificity, structure, and honesty of the telling — never your career choices — and you may substitute a low-stakes or invented example anywhere you prefer.
