The exam-format runs are behind you. From here the enemy is rust: speaking skill decays faster than comprehension when unused. The counter-measure is small and weekly — the 2-minute voice-note protocol:
- Once a week, pick one thing that happened — in your week, or in the news.
- Speak for about 2 minutes, structured like a micro-exposé: position, one argument with an example, one line of conclusion. No notes.
- Listen back once. Write down one fix (an ending you swallowed, a dropped ne, an anglicism) — that fix is next week's only goal.
Record this week's note now — the scoring gives you the delivery signal and rubric to pick your fix from. La constance bat l'intensité.
