The engine that drives the whole discipline: a four-axis diagnostic that finds where progress is easiest, and the daily notice-your-mistakes loop — spaced reminders, low-stakes checkpoints and a weekly review — that finally surfaces and corrects errors five years of immersion never fixed.
P51 is the discipline's engine room. It owns no vocabulary lists and no grammar chapters — it owns the two mechanisms that decide whether anything else works:
The four-axis diagnostic. One representative task per épreuve, scored against B2, then ranked by ease of progress into quick wins, steady work and the long game. The output is a personalised sequence: where to spend this month's effort, and at what cadence.
The notice-and-review loop. The daily correction cycle for fossilized errors — produce, see the gap, name the category, re-attempt — feeding a personal error profile that drives spaced rule/exception reminders, low-stakes retrieval checkpoints every 3-5 lessons, and a weekly review that re-ranks the axes as they close.
Work here is deliberately small and daily. The full B2 mock joins this pillar once all four axes have content to mock against.
