A réclamation is won on facts, and the order matters as much as the content. The reflex to train: dates, references, justificatifs first — feelings last, and dosed.

A strong evidence line reads like a case file: « Le 12 mars, j'ai commandé la référence 88-C sur votre site ; le colis, livré le 30 avril, était endommagé. » Every element is checkable — a date, an order reference, an observable state. Compare the line that opens too many real letters: « Je suis absolument scandalisé par votre service, c'est une honte inacceptable ! » Maximum emotion, zero verifiable content; the reader has nothing to act on and a good reason to stop reading.

Facts also come with an escort: the justificatif. » At B2 the attachments are fictive, but the sentence announcing them is very real grid currency.

Feelings are allowed exactly one measured sentence, after the facts: « Vous comprendrez ma déception. » That restraint — fact, fact, fact, one controlled regret — is what makes the eventual request (PE-08) impossible to dismiss.

The practice contrasts strong and weak lines until the file-first order is automatic.
