GR-46 asked you to recognise the right chain among four. That is a useful check and a poor proof. The errors this drill exists for — j'ai ne compris pas, je me ne suis pas lavé — do not happen when you are reading four options with time to think. They happen at speaking speed, when the chain has to come out already assembled.

So here you say it.

How a turn works

You hear a question. You answer it aloud, in one breath, without reading anything first — the model reply stays hidden until you have spoken, because reading it would turn this back into a read-aloud exercise.

Then the score comes back word by word, and the native model unlocks. Play it, say the reply once more, and move on. The comparison is the whole lesson: you are not looking for a number, you are looking for the word where your version and the model part company.

What is being measured

The engine scores pronunciation against the reference reply — accuracy per word and per phoneme, plus fluency and rhythm. It does not grade your grammar separately. It does not have to: if a clitic went missing on the way out, it shows up as a word the transcript never heard, and the score marks the gap where it should have been.

A slow, careful, correct answer is worth less here than it looks. The chain is an automatism or it is not, and hesitation is the symptom.

Privacy

Recording only starts after you enable the microphone, once per session. The audio is sent to be scored and discarded immediately — it is never stored, and neither the audio nor the transcript is kept with your progress. Only the score is.
